Connie Howlingwolf, of White Shield, passed away on September 28, 2024.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the New Ralph Wells Community Complex, White Shield, ND.

Wake Services will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday, October 4, 2024, at the New Ralph Wells Community Complex, White Shield, ND.

Constance "Connie" Howling Wolf "scistAwa tlhukaatakUx"  Loon By The Water, 82, White Shield, ND, passed on peacefully on September 28, 2024, in Anchorage, AK.

Connie was born on April 12, 1942, in Elbowoods, North Dakota to Elizabeth (Price) and Henry Perkins. Connie met Terry Howling Wolf and married on June 16 1974. They had four children Mark, Dwight, Holly, and adopted Susan Goodall. Connie went on to obtain her G.E.D in 1971. She graduated from FBCC earning her LPN and Liberal Arts Degree in 1984. She graduated from Minot State University earning her Bachelor Degree in Social Work in 1988. Connie retired and spent her time with family, her grandchildren and her friends.  She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino, traveling, planting gardens, cooking, attending powwows, and quilting. She enjoyed going to her grand-childrens basketball games and watching them grow. Connie was known for her love of children, animals and family.

Connie is survived by her children; Mark Howling Wolf (Jacki) White Shield, Dwight Howling Wolf (Tennille), White Shield, Holly Mulluk (Aqpik, Alaska) Susan Dennis (Lowell, Kansas); grandchildren; Alyssa (Rainbow), Matthew, Jonathan, Aaliyah, Kenzi, Martina, Dakota, Marie, Quinton(Gwendolyn), Brooklin, Chloe, Ciara, Marie & Steven Dennis; great-grandchildren; Gabriella, Rudy, Brody, Maisen, Dreyden, Capri, Valerie, Melanie, Cason, Baelei, Zane, Selah, and Shaedon sisters; Rocky Mahtoa, Sandra Cornelius. Including her numerous relatives, nieces, nephews, and many good friends.

Connie preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and Henry Perkins, her husband Terry Howling Wolf, Ester Perkins, Evangeline Perkins, Laurena perkins , Regina Ross, Freda Ross, Melda Lambert, Florentine Goodall, Leota White, Paul Perkins, Sybert yellow bear , Gilbert Perkins Henry Perkins jr.
