In his youth, Dale loved fishing and camping with his kids in a homemade camper, he made from a bus.

Dale loved spending time in the outdoors.

He had a passion for working on vehicles. He was a great mechanic.
As a kid he would tear apart vehicles and put them back together, just for fun. He also always had a big garden in which he use to spend many hours of free time.

Many would remember the three wheel bike Dale would ride to coffee at Cenex and the Four Seasons in Garrison every day. You could see that bright orange flag waving from the back of that bike from miles away as he rode on beautiful summer days.

He was a soft-spoken, kindhearted man who loved visiting with his coffee friends.

For the entirety of his life, Dale had a strong faith in God. He was also very proud of his grandchildren and new great-grandchild.
