Edith Mae Finley Lunden, of Sacramento and lately of Pinole, California, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away after a long and wonderful life at the age of 97. She was born in Forest River, North Dakota, to Benjamin Finley and Lila Mae Romberg Finley.
She is survived by her children KC (Elizabeth) Lunden, John (Ellen) Lunden, and Shelley (Wesley) Neighbour, grandchildren Melissa Lunden, Mark Lunden, Ben Lunden, Aaron (Aley) Neighbour, and Marissa Neighbour, her sister Joyce Pfeifer, and numerous nephews and nieces. Edith was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Ernest Lunden, and siblings Ella Hulst, Ruth Franklin, Melva Kempers, and Francis Finley.
Interment 11 AM Thursday August 13 at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery East, Roseglen Township, ND. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on September, 26 at 2:00 PM at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1615 Morse Ave, Sacramento, CA.
