IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Everett Boppy
Hosie
June 18, 1999 – August 26, 2020
Everett Lindsey Hosie Jr. entered this world June 18, 1999 in Minot North Dakota to Theodora Everett and Everett Hosie Sr. Coming in at a sweeping 11 lbs. He was nicknamed the Big Bopper by his parents which eventually became "Boppy" to his loved ones and friends.
Everett had two older sisters, Alicia and Delia. Then he became a big brother to his baby sister, Jada Elizabeth. He had a stepbrother, Billy Jr., and a stepsister, Cinrique. He loved all of his siblings very much.
He attended head-start in White Shield North Dakota with all his loving cousins and classmates, who attended with him. He went to grade school in Minot, N.D., Burlington, N.D., and Parshall, N.D., graduating Junior High in White Shield N.D. In 2018, he graduated Douglas High School in Box Elder, South Dakota.
Boppy had a kind soul like his God Father, the late Eric James Everett, whom he spent much time with at his grandparent's, Alice and Lucky Everett's home.
He had a passion for sports. Boxing was the first sport he fell in love with. Growing up, he also played basketball, two talents received from both sides of his family.
He rooted for his favorite basketball team, the Los Angeles Lakers, to no end. A music fan, his favorite current artists were Drake, Juice World, and Kid Cudi. When the Sun Goes Down by Kenny Chesney and Uncle Cracker was one of his favorite country songs growing up.
He had many cousin-brothers whom he cared for dearly. He spent countless hours playing online video games with them to stay close. A sweet gentle soul who came from a large, loving family of grandparents, aunties, uncles, and cousins. Along with his parents, they will miss him enormously. Though gone too young, he will forever be thought of, loved, and missed.
Everett Hosie Jr. You are our beloved angel in heaven. Rest easy Big Bopper.
