Los Osos, California - Jack Martincavage who was born May 1967 and passed away on July 20, 2023.
Jack was a decorated Coast Guard Chief Warrant Officer veteran after 25 years of service.

He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed cooking, music, books especially Harry Potter. Most important to him was his loving wife Devra and being a father to Michelle and a grandpa to Tabatha, Fia and Kade.

Jack was preceded in death by his mother Brenda. He is survived by parents Jack Sr. and Majorie Martincavage, sister Susan and brother Eric as well as numerous family members and friends who will miss him very much.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at the Ralph Wells Memorial Complex in White Shield. Burial to follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Prayer service will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, August 11, 2023, at Thompson Funeral Home, Garrison.
