IN LOVING MEMORY OF
James "Jimmy"
Kerzmann
September 24, 1965 – November 24, 2021
James Wilfred Kerzmann, age 56, of Garrison, passed away with his loving mother and siblings by his side on November 24, 2021, at the Garrison Hospital.
He was born to Wilfred (Butch) and Dianne Kerzmann on September 24, 1965, at Garrison Memorial Hospital. He was living at home at the time of his death.
James grew up on the family farm west of Garrison and he loved the outdoors from childhood through his adult life. He also liked music and watching Ken McNabb's "Discovering the Horseman Within" and "Polka Party" on TV. His favorite thing, however, was spending time with his family and friends he was always happy and content when they came to visit. He enjoyed watching his nieces and nephews play when they were young and liked looking at the new babies.
He was quiet and accepting of anyone. He was a very patient man who showed unconditional love to all. He was deeply loved by his parents and siblings.
He is survived by his mother, Dianne; his sister, Julie (Mark) Retterath; his brothers, Mike (Kari) Kerzmann, Scott Kerzmann, David (Sara) Kerzmann;11 nieces and nephews; one niece-in-law and three nephews-in-law; and five great-nieces and nephews.
He is proceeded in death by his father, Butch; his grandparents, John C. and Dorothy (Pete) Kerzmann, and John H. and Pearl Basaraba.
James also had many caregivers and friends who have been a part of his journey in this life, his family has truly been blessed by the compassion of all of them. We thank all of you.
