Jeffrey Waller, 63, of Coleharbor, passed away on March 4, 2025, in Bismarck, ND.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 10, 2025, at Augustana Lutheran Church, Underwood, ND. Visitation will be held one hour prior.

Jeffrey Austin Waller was born on May 29, 1961, to Alfred and Miriam (French) Waller. Jeff attended school in Underwood, ND.

At 20 years old Jeff began working in the oilfield until 1995. In 1996, Jeff moved back to North Dakota to take care of his mom until her passing in November 2003. From 2003 to around 2006 Jeff worked for Hometown Moving. In 2006, he began working at the Falkirk Mine until present. Jeff loved being a coal miner.

Jeff enjoyed riding his Harley, and spending time at the local dirt track watching racing. He also enjoyed traveling to other places to watch dirt track racing. He liked spending time with his friends at coffee time at the Spillway Café in Riverdale.

He fought the battle against Thyroid Cancer, a fight that was not easy, and overcame Thyroid Cancer. Although he was a fighter the cancer also spread to his lungs. Against the odds he continued his fight as long as he could.

Jeff is survived by his brother, Steve (Cindy) Waller; sister, Geraldine Fevold; nieces, Heather Braton, Samantha Fevold, Heather Waller Peterson; nephews, Jon (Missy) Fevold, Chris (Sara) Fevold; Chris (Jeanie) Waller; partner, Retta Barton; numerous great nieces and nephews; and a great-great-nephew.

Jeff is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Miriam; Douglas Waller, Michael Waller, Richard Fevold, Agnes French.
