Julie was born January 14, 1997 in Fargo, ND to Gerry and Michelle (Rice)
Beaver and was welcomed into her family by her older brother, Jeffrey. Julie was raised as a 'military brat' until January 2011, when she and her family returned to North Dakota. In the years of her dad's military service, Julie became an extremely adaptable
young woman. She left her mark in California, Louisiana, Georgia, Arizona and
Texas. Julie, in their travels, attended 11 different schools throughout her
schooling and made friends in every stop! No person was ever a stranger,
within a few moments she knew their name and had a new friend. Upon
returning to North Dakota, Julie was enrolled in Rolette public school as a
junior high student, until moving to their home in Ryder ND where Julie found
her ND home school of Max! Julie blossomed with the ND hometown philosophy
and found friends in numerous surrounding communities. She immediately got
involved with the Max FFA Chapter, in which she participated in many
competitions that came her way. Julie really enjoyed the Max FFA/4-H corn
maze. She also participated in volleyball and basketball, and again
never failed to meet new friends there as well, notably more off the court than on!
Julie was a very ambitious young lady in which she loved to sell to all of
her family and friends any items that her school projects brought her way.
She was also employed at the Pizza Ranch in Minot. She then did an Ag job
co-op at Max Farm Services which became a permanent job for Julie and
was currently working this job at the time of her death. A good reason for Julie to
work was to support her spare time hobby of shopping (but which teenage girl
doesn't!). She was also a junior member of the Dephman-Armstrong American Legion Post # 194 in Rolette, ND.
A very special thing that Julie did with her dad was to go to live Sporting
events such as NASCAR races, and Dallas Cowboys football! Julie was a
typical young lady that loved food, especially bacon!, and enjoyed time spent
with family during a yearly ND visit, more so after moving to ND and all
of the time spent playing games! She was a reality tv show junky. Her
strong will, sometimes opinionated personality, made us even love her more.
She always had a smile and hug for everyone. She will be greatly missed,
but her spirit will go on forever!
God's Blessings to Julie.
