She loved spending time with family, enjoyed gardening and was also known for her excellent Mexican cuisine. She was so creative and could find broken treasures at rummage sales and make them look beautiful. She was an artist when it came to decorating her house.

Rollie is survived by her husband Louis Joe and five children: Shirley (Joe) McKenna of Minot; Rosanne "Fannie"; Jessica (Wesley); Jesse "Punky" (Amanda); Chad 'Pepper" (Francine) all of the White Shield Community.
