Kenneth Rustad, 68, of Roseglen passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at a Bismarck hospital. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Roseglen.  Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5 to 7 pm at Thompson Funeral Home in Garrison.

Ken was born on June 12, 1952 in Minot, ND to Marvin and Lenore (Nelson) Rustad. He attended and graduated from White Shield High School.  He went on to further his education at NDSCS in Wahpeton in diesel mechanics.

After graduation,  he moved back to Roseglen to pursue his life long dream of being a farmer.  He raised his 3 children and continued to farm until 2020.

He was preceded in death by his Father Marvin, his Mother Lenore, and infant sister Corrine.

He is survived by 2 sisters, Bev (Don) Sathe, Kathy Rustad, his children Connie (Marlin) Schaaf, Dawn (Gerald) Link, and Heather (Andrew) Taylor, his grandchildren  Cassie Cockrell, Tyler (Chelsea) Stephens, Josh Rustad,  Gabrielle Link, Leah Taylor,  McKenzie Taylor,  Patrick Taylor and Joe Taylor, and his great grandchildren Skye Dean, Kiara Swanson, Alexis Cockrell, Ashlyn Maule, Derek Stephens, Micah Link, Isaac Link, Asher Link, Elijah Link, and Addie Taylor.
