Kim Wayne Azure, 46, passes away at a Fargo hospital on August 19, 2019. Kim was born on February 9, 1973 to Ernest and Dolly Jane Azure Sr. and Quentin Burdick Memorial Hospital in Belcourt, ND. He graduated from Washington Sr. High. He furthered his education at West Fargo, ND welding school.
Kim played drums in high school and was self-taught to play guitar. He loved to sing and wrote many songs about things he loved and his many struggles. He was an avid reader and loved many authors including Edgar Allen Poe all the way through Stephen King. He practiced Taekwondo for many years and won many awards for his accomplishments.
Kim moved to Sioux Falls, SD when he was very young and grew up there with his many friends. He moved to Fargo in 1988 and met his ex-wife Tammy. They lived in West Fargo, ND for many years and had three wonderful children. He worked at many different locations as a cook, which was his passion. Kim later met his current partner and fiance' Carrie and they planned on getting married soon before Kim got sick. They did have a blessing ceremony while he was in the hospital to proclaim their love in front of God and family. Kim was a gentle soul and loved everyone he came in contact with. He loved animals, especially his 5 cats. He loved to tell a good joke and was always smiling and dancing around being silly. He was taken too soon from this life but is with his beloved Mother, who he called his best friend.
