Michael Allan White Tail 43, White Shield, ND was a full blooded Arikara, entered the spirit world on June 24, 2013. Mike was born to David White Tail Jr. and Sawahu Heart on September 20, 1969 in Denver, CO
Mike had lived in Grand Junction and Sheridan, Wyoming. He later moved to Garrison, North Dakota and went to school in White Shield. Mike attended Wahpeton Indian School with his twin sister Michele and together graduated the 8th grade. He than returned to White Shield and attended high school and eventually received his GED. Mike had one daughter whom he loved dearly. Mike loved to travel and did so until he recently became ill. He loved listening to Pow-wow music, Country music, Classic Rock, and Elvis Presley. Mike loved to tease and laugh with his family and friends. He was in the Missouri Slope Care Center, Bismarck and he teased the nurses all the time. Mike loved and cared so much as to call his brothers up to 5 times a day to check on them . Mike's dream was to drive a Harley Davidson Motorcycle and be a "Biker". He loved drinking his favorite pop Mt. Dew and especially loved leather jackets.

He is proceeded in death by his mother, Sawahu, father, David "Alley" Jr., Grandfather, Ben Heart, Grandmother, Winnoa Hopkins, one brother, Scott, three sisters,Winnon Ree, Twin Michele, Bonita
