Olin "Blacky" Howard, died on Monday, February 4, 2019 at the VA Hospital in Fargo. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at the Ralph Wells Jr. Memorial Complex in White Shield. Wake services will be held on Thursday beginning at 5:00 pm at the complex.
