Pamela Talbott was born September 27, 1949 in Jackson, MI. She was raised in Napa, CA by her parents Howard and Vera (Furnish) Hellman. At the age of 11, Pam's mother Vera passed away. Her father Howard raised Pam with all the love that a father could give. He was as special as a father could be to a daughter and lived with her and her family until the time of his death.
Pam was once married to Gilbert Baker. From this union came two children, Julie and Steve Baker. On November 13, 1971 Pam married Steve Talbott in Napa, CA. She and Steve, the love of her life, added two children, Rick and Tammy, to the family. They lived in the Napa, CA area for several years before moving to Steve's hometown, Douglas, ND in 1981. While living in Douglas, Pam worked as a housekeeper and CNA at the Garrison Nursing Home. She later worked at Manor Care in Minot.
Pam had a number of hobbies. She enjoyed playing bingo and playing at the casinos. She really liked anything to do with Disney, especially Mickey Mouse, collecting many figurines. She also had a fondness for angels. Now she gets to be one! Her passion however was Christmas! At Pam's house it was Christmas all year round. She loved everything about it. It was her way of giving and spreading love.
Pam is survived by her children, Julie (Steve) Roth, Bismarck, ND, Steve (Paula) Baker, Amelia, VA, Rick (Lesli) Talbott, Max, ND, Tammy Bowling (Dominick Yellow Bird), Max, ND; grandchildren, Joshua Baker, Madison Bowling, Kelsey Roth, Nathan Talbott, Gage Yellow Bird, Adam Baker, Ashton Yellow Bird, Erick Talbott, Maycie Talbott; brother, William Hellman, Nevada; a special cousin (more like a sister), Marilyn McClellen, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Steve, and special friend, Al Lang.
