Race Matthew Russell, born in Trinidad, CO, on April 21, 1989, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024. Race was a genuine and kind soul, known for his generosity and willingness to help others, often offering the shirt off his back to those in need.

Race is survived by his beloved sons, Raygen and Ryder Russell; his parents, Ryan Russell (father) and Vicki Reno-Russell, Luani Bruyere (mother) and Steve Bruyere,  siblings, Rygel Russell, Rachelle Russell, and Janell Solomon. He was cherished by his nieces, nephews, and other family members who loved him dearly.

A lifelong Roughneck, Race found joy and fulfillment working alongside his father on the rig. He was also a passionate fisherman and a Master Angler, spending countless hours enjoying the serenity and challenge of fishing.

Race's kind heart and loving spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and those who knew him.
