Rodney Howling Wolf, 79, New Town, died on Monday, July 22, 2019 at Sanford Hospital in Bismarck. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at the Ralph Wells Jr. Memorial Complex in White Shield. Wake services will be held on Thursday beginning at 5:00 pm at the complex.
