Sylvia Spotted Horse, 71, White Shield, died on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at a Bismarck hospital. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am at the Ralph Wells Jr. Memorial Complex in White Shield. Wake services will be held on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at the Ralph Wells Jr. Memorial Complex in White Shield.
