Theodora Everett "Teddi" was born on October 31st, 1972, in Los Angeles, California, to Theodore "Lucky" Everett and Alice Everett. She was the younger sister of Gary, Liz, and Joe and the older sister of Theodore "Triple", Eric, and Isaiah Everett. Her adopted brothers were Derek Oshkeshequoam, Brandon, and Hector Everett. She loved all of her family very much.
She attended Parshall from 1979 to 1984 and graduated from White Shield High School in 1991. She excelled at basketball, ran track, and was a cheerleader.
Teddi Everett and Everett Hosie were blessed with their first child, Alicia Hosie, born in Alaska on November 7th, 1990. They had two more children, Delia Hosie, born February 17th, 1992, and Everett Hosie Jr, "Boppy," who was born June 18th, 1999. Teddi married Billy Moran in May 2006. Their daughter, Jada Elizabeth, was born on May 20th, 2006, and she became the step-mother to Cinrique Bracklin and Billy Moran Jr. "Little Billy." She was also raising her granddaughter Ofelia as her own child.
She was a successful businesswoman who threw her heart into every job she had. She was an executive manager for Mandaree Enterprises LLC. until 2010. She then went to work for Marathon Oil until 2016, and eventually began her own trucking company.
Theodora spent many years taking care of her babies, Ofelia Lynn and Jada Elizabeth. She truly loved them so much, often traveling, shopping, and doing whatever it took to keep smiles on their faces. Not only was Teddi generous to her babies, her generosity also extended to family members, friends, and the occasional strangers. She was a great person to lean on. Teddi also had cousin-brothers and cousin-sisters whom she cared for dearly. A warmhearted, thoughtful, woman who came from a large, loving family of grandparents, aunties, uncles, and cousins.
Though she sometimes wore a Broncos jersey, Teddi's favorite football team was the Dallas Cowboys, and she enjoyed travelling to California to spend time with family as she cheered against the Rams when they played each other. Coming from a musical family, she jammed oldies, classic rock, and country tunes. Some of her favorites were John Pardi, CCR, Eagles, NKOTB, New Edition, George Strait, and she loved listening to her brothers' group, Ree Ride. When the Sun Goes Down by Kenny Chesney and Uncle Cracker was at the top of her playlist, as it was her son Boppy's favorite song.
Teddi had a passion for cooking, working, exercising, travelling, and being an auntie. Her main hobbies consisted of 4th of July family camping trips, getting dolled up, powwow dancing videos, and spending time with loved ones. She always looked forward to having a good time with her siblings and making everyone laugh. Teddi always said the funniest, most random things that somehow made sense, but also didn't make sense, but she kept everyone laughing and smiling, which she loved to do.
Teddi will be missed dearly by relatives, friends, and acquaintances… forever in our hearts, Theodora Lynn Everett..
