Obituary

Travis Wagner, 32, Max, died on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 in Max. Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Max.

Travis was born June 25, 1980 in Minot, ND to Dave Wagner and Mary Krebsbach. He attended Minot High School. In 2000 he moved to Max where he worked at the Max Farmer's Elevator.

Travis was good-natured, greeting everyone with a smile. He loved talking to people, regularly conversing on any topic, from farmer's harvests, football, cars, to country music. He treasured his job, and worked hard to provide for his family. But ultimately, Travis enjoyed the simple things in life. He adored the outdoors. He loved hunting, fishing, camping, and observing wildlife. He kept a garden in his backyard, loved viewing the forces of nature on the land; especially seeing the crops grow, and the farmers with their bins full.

Nothing brought Travis more joy than his daughter, Chesney. His whole world revolved around her, and most of the time they spent together was full of laughter and smiles. She ordered him to play and he fondly obeyed. Travis loved showing Chesney off to his friends and family. Rarely did he go more than a couple of days without sending pictures of her to all of his close relatives. She was truly the light of his life.

Travis is survived by his daughter, Chesney; fiancé, April Gray and her children, Zachary Gray, Nick and Chris Brunsell; father, David (Deb) Wagner, mother, Mary Krebsbach; brothers, Cris and Jesse Wagner; sister, Shayla Wagner, grandmother Esther Krebsbach; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
